Privacy policy

Lazy Dragon (“we”, “us”) makes cozy games and runs this website. We care about keeping things simple and respectful, and we collect as little information as possible. You can reach us any time at Connect@lazydragon.gg.

What we collect

This site has no accounts and no logins, so we never collect passwords or build profiles about you. We only handle information you choose to give us:

• Newsletter: if you subscribe, we process your email address so we can send you our updates. This is handled by MailerLite on our behalf.
• Contact form: if you write to us, we process your name, email, and message so we can reply. This is handled by Formspree on our behalf.
• Basic server logs: our host (Vercel) may process limited technical data such as IP addresses to keep the site running and secure.

Why we use it

Only for the reasons above: to send the emails you asked for, and to answer your messages. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it

We use a small number of trusted services to run the site. They process your data on our behalf: MailerLite (newsletter), Formspree (contact form), and Vercel (hosting).

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep your email only while you’re subscribed, and contact messages only as long as needed to help you. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information, or unsubscribe, at any time. Just email us and we’ll sort it out.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website can store in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work; others are used for things like analytics or advertising.

This is a simple content site with no accounts and no advertising, so we aim to use as few cookies as possible. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

• Essential: a small number of cookies may be set by our host to keep the site running and secure.
• Third-party: if you interact with our newsletter signup (MailerLite) or contact form (Formspree), those services may set their own cookies. See their MailerLite cookie policy and Formspree cookie policy.

If we ever add something new (for example a privacy-friendly analytics tool), we’ll update this page first. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Newsletter

We send an occasional newsletter through MailerLite. When you enter your email address and click Subscribe, you agree to receive these emails, you accept this privacy and cookies policy, and you consent to your email address being processed by MailerLite so we can send them.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We will never sell or share your email address, and we’ll only use it to send you the updates you signed up for.
