Who we are
We’re Lazy Dragon, an independent game studio. We build our own titles across genres, from cozy to chaotic to downright spooky, and we help other developers get their games made and shipped.
We’re small on purpose. It keeps us close to the work, quick to adapt, and genuinely invested in every project we touch, our own and yours alike. Our mascot, a sleeping dragon, is a reminder that good work doesn’t have to be loud to be worth doing.
What we do
We develop and publish our own games, we write full design documents for teams who need them, and we support other studios with the harder parts of shipping: funding, porting, localization, testing, and marketing.
Whether the game is ours or yours, the aim is the same, to help it get made and get played.
Friends of the den
Good things are rarely made alone. As we grow, we’ll team up with studios, artists, and storytellers who share our love of well-made games. This is where we’ll celebrate them.
